Service Scope

VPNGF provides international route subscriptions for cross-border access, covering 90+ countries and 150+ routes, with clients for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Users manage subscriptions through the panel and can access client software and connection configurations while their subscription is active.

The service provides network connectivity. It does not provide accounts, content licenses, or paid benefits from third-party platforms. When accessing international websites, streaming services, or AI tools, users must still meet the account, regional, and usage requirements of those platforms. Route coverage does not mean every route is suitable for every platform.

Accounts and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Users should protect their login details and subscription configurations and must not publish information containing access credentials on public pages. If credentials are exposed or used unexpectedly, update them promptly and explain the situation in a support ticket.

There is no limit on the number of devices that can be connected simultaneously. This applies to the account holder's own devices or devices they are authorized to use; it does not grant permission to resell or share access publicly. Renting or transferring subscriptions, selling route access to others, or distributing account resources through a public proxy is prohibited.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. The price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is converted into the remaining subscription days. Data packages remain available until used and do not expire. Acceptable Use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations where they are located and in any relevant service-use jurisdiction, as well as the rules of the websites and apps they access. Using the service for fraud, unauthorized access to others' systems, distributing illegal content, infringing intellectual property, or other unlawful conduct is prohibited.

Sending malicious traffic, carrying out network attacks, abusing automated requests, or otherwise disrupting routes or third-party systems is prohibited. Network acceleration does not change users' responsibility for their access activity, published content, or transactions with third parties.

Availability and Limits of Responsibility

Connection performance depends on local networks, device settings, international links, route maintenance, and third-party platform policies. VPNGF does not guarantee continuous connectivity from every location, at all times, or on every platform, nor does a subscription guarantee a particular speed or catalog of platform content.

If connection issues occur, users can check client settings, try another suitable route, and submit a description of the issue through a support ticket. Do not share complete subscription configurations outside the ticket system. VPNGF will help investigate based on the information available, but cannot resolve issues with third-party accounts, payments, or content licenses on their behalf.

These terms do not exclude responsibilities established by applicable law or rights users have under the law. Responsibility for issues caused by maintenance, external network failures, or changes to third-party services must be determined based on the specific circumstances and applicable law. These terms do not waive any obligations that apply by law.

Refund Policy

You may request a full refund for any reason within 60 days of your first payment. Submit your request through a user-panel support ticket and include the relevant order information so we can verify the account and payment records. You do not need to explain why the service did not meet your expectations.

Accepted payment methods are Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Refund processing involves order verification and payment-provider procedures; progress will be discussed through the support ticket, and no unconfirmed arrival time is guaranteed. Once a refund is completed, access to the refunded subscription ends. Other refund rights provided by law are not affected by these terms.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

If a user engages in unlawful use, resale or public sharing, system attacks, or conduct that seriously disrupts service operations, VPNGF may restrict connections, suspend a subscription, or terminate the account based on the circumstances. Users who disagree with the outcome may submit an explanation through a support ticket. Relevant orders and refund rights are handled under these terms and applicable law.

When service rules change, VPNGF will update this page and the last-updated month, and provide notice of significant changes on the website or in the user panel. Changes affecting benefits under paid subscriptions must comply with applicable law; updates to these terms will not arbitrarily reduce existing benefits retroactively.
