Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy applies to the VPNGF marketing website, user panel, and subscription services. It explains the data needed to provide these services and how that data is used. Third-party payment pages are governed by the privacy policies of their respective providers. Please review those policies before submitting payment information.
Account and Order Data
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are enough. An email address is not required for registration. VPNGF uses your username to identify your account and your password to verify logins. Do not submit passwords or subscription credentials in support tickets.
To provide subscriptions, check data usage, and process payments, the system stores order identifiers, selected plans, amounts, payment status, subscription status, and data usage. Support ticket content is used to respond to requests and track their resolution. Screenshots and descriptions you submit may contain personal information; remove anything unrelated to the issue first.
Anonymous No-Logs Policy
VPNGF follows an anonymous no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users access through international routes, store browsing content or URLs, or keep destination records that could reconstruct browsing activity. This information is not linked to usernames or orders.
Information required to establish and forward a connection is used temporarily only while that connection is being handled. It is not retained as a user connection history, and individual connection logs are not kept after a connection ends. Account data usage is used to measure subscription consumption and reflects usage only; it is not used to reconstruct browsing activity. Marketing website analytics are handled separately from browsing activity on subscription routes.
Site Analytics and Local Storage
Website analytics help us understand page views, referral sources, and button usage so we can improve content and navigation. Analytics cover activity on the marketing website only and do not include browsing content forwarded by clients. When submitting a support ticket, you can identify the page where the issue occurred without including your full subscription address.
Cookies and local storage may be used to maintain sessions, save language preferences and login credentials, and help the panel recognize your current account. Clearing browser storage may log you out or reset preferences, but it does not delete your server-side account or orders. On a shared device, log out of your account and clear the relevant storage after use.
Payments and Necessary Data Transfers
VPNGF supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third party. VPNGF uses the order identifier and payment result to confirm receipt and provide the subscription; users are not asked to provide payment account passwords in support tickets.
Payment providers may process transaction information under their own policies. VPNGF cannot speak for their data retention and deletion practices. Necessary order information may be shared with the relevant payment provider to verify a payment or process a refund. Where data must be provided by law, the scope of processing is limited to applicable requirements and data actually retained.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account data is retained for as long as needed to provide subscriptions and manage accounts. Order records are retained as required for transaction verification, refunds, and applicable legal obligations. Support ticket data is retained while an issue is being handled and for any necessary review. When the relevant purpose ends and there is no requirement to retain the data, it is deleted or unlinked from the account. This policy does not set a single fixed retention period.
To access, correct, or request deletion of account data, sign in to the panel and submit a request through the support ticket portal. VPNGF will verify account ownership and explain the scope of the request. Deletion may affect subscription access; transaction records that must be retained are not removed along with the account. Requests for data held by third parties must be made directly to the relevant provider.
Policy Updates and Privacy Requests
When data practices change, VPNGF will update this page and its last-updated month. Significant changes affecting account use or the scope of data processing will be explained on the website or in the panel. Where separate user confirmation is required, a silent update will not replace that confirmation.
Submit privacy questions and data requests through a panel support ticket. For subscription use and refund rules, also see the Terms of Service. This policy describes data handling principles; the anonymous no-logs statement is not an absolute privacy guarantee for devices, browsers, or third-party platforms.
